CCSTA Board of Directors’ Meeting Highlights

October 6 & 7, 2025

Board Retreat

The Board of Directors and staff of CCSTA participated in a facilitated retreat, where they had the opportunity to reflect on several key areas, including the role of CCSTA, its goals, its most significant successes over the past year, and its future needs and priorities. Insights gathered during the retreat will inform the facilitator’s report, which will be incorporated into the Board’s next steps, and ultimately, its Vision to Action Plan.

This integration will help ensure that the organization’s future initiatives remain aligned with its mission and strategic direction.

AGM / Conference

The CCSTA Board of Directors received the final budget report from the 2025 Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in Halifax, NS. The results of the participant evaluation survey indicate that the conference was extremely successful in every aspect. The CCSTA Board would like to thank the Roman Catholic Independent Schools Association, Atlantic Region once again for its warm hospitality and leadership towards making the 2025 event a memorable one for attendees.

Planning for the 2026 Conference and AGM in Winnipeg, Manitoba is well underway.  The slate of keynote and workshop presenters and budget have been approved by the Board. We encourage everyone to regularly visit the CCSTA website, where plans will be updated as they unfold.  The conference registration and the link to book accommodation at the Radisson Hotel Winnipeg will open in late January 2026.

Vision to Action Plan 2025-2026
