Looking at a new Federal Government: CCSTA on the election

Following one of Canada’s longest-running federal election campaigns, the outcome finally came to the country on Oct. 19 – The Liberals won a majority government.

CCSTA looks forward to – as it always has – engaging our federal leaders on the importance of Catholic education in Canada.

Over the past 10 years, CCSTA has hosted events on site at Parliament Hill, inviting MPs and staff to connect, and discuss Catholic education and the role it plays in Canada. With its long-standing history, Catholic education has and remains an integral element of the country’s make-up.

“CCSTA looks forward to continuing to engage key people from across the country, as it’s an important element of our outreach strategy,” explains CCSTA Executive Director, Julian Hanlon.
